I brought the car in for some scheduled services and elected to wait on it. People were kind and professional mostly. It would not be a heavy lift to look professional, especially when your customers are paying $120K for a vehicle, and over $150/hr for labor. More
Very disrespectful staff. I was discriminated against working with Christopher service advisor and his manager Bella. I service my car with them, and after there days, the che I was discriminated against working with Christopher service advisor and his manager Bella. I service my car with them, and after there days, the check engine light came on. They want me to pay for the diagnosis, and informed that they need the car two day for diagnosed, and you don’t provide loaner car. Christopher proceeded to tell me that they only give loaners to owners of 2016 models or higher. So. If you have anything older than that don’t, they don’t give you loaner car. You will receive the lowest customer service because of your car model. Then the interaction with Christopher made it feel very uncomfortable and discriminated against because we don’t have a new car. Not only that. I went there the same day I did the service and asked for Chris, they said he will be right with you, I had to wait with my newborn outside for almost an hour to wait for him.
