- friendly advisor - couldn’t find my appointment in the system but I had the confirmation text - service took too long and I was not kept in the loop. Had to ask but received no answer by text but a the system but I had the confirmation text - service took too long and I was not kept in the loop. When the service takes a lot longer than expected, a quick note to the customer will go a long way or a quick text to let them know you are sending an estimate by email. - windshield wiper arm was broken during service. The inspection sheet showed wiper inspection passed but then I was told the car was not ready because the windshield wiper arm needed to be replaced and that takes an 1 hour (service videos show it takes a lot less than an hour) - tires were not rotated. Front tires were worn noticeably more than rear. Got home and checked, tires were not rotated. No report for tire rotation. No marks on the tires. - service quality has gone down over the years, More
