I brought the car in for some scheduled services and elected to wait on it. People were kind and professional mostly. I will say, for a high-end car dealer the service advisor had a very unprofessional elected to wait on it. People were kind and professional mostly. I will say, for a high-end car dealer the service advisor had a very unprofessional appearance. I know it’s Portland, but I expect a bit more from a premium car dealership. It would not be a heavy lift to look professional, especially when your customers are paying $120K for a vehicle, and over $150/hr for labor. More
