Customer service is not what it used to be with previous owners and personnel at this location. No response to VMs by service advisor, service advisor manager never called after assuring me he would reach o owners and personnel at this location. Mitchell was great to work with I love my new car! My only constructive feedback would be towards another salesman at the dealership . When I was in negotiations for the car another buyer also intere My only constructive feedback would be towards another salesman at the dealership . When I was in negotiations for the car another buyer also interested and when Mitchell stepped away from his desk the othersalesman came over, smiled, did not say a word to me and took the keys to show them the car to the other potential buyer. When Mitchell came back I had to bring it to his attention and ask him not to let them test drive the car since I was literally in the middle of my negotiations. When I spoke to Mitchell about my concerns, he did talk to someone else and they did not show the car, While, I understand that the car was technically not yet sold, the fact that I was sitting at the desk and discussing purchasing the car and the other salesman came and took the keys was very disrespectful to me. If I was not interested in the car Or talking about purchasing it I would have understood. I do understand the other buyer had driven down from Seattle to test drive it, but since I arrived before they did and had taken the car out for a test drive and was literally in discussions to purchase, the other salesman should have respected the current transaction and waited until he knew I was not interested before showing the car again or he could have at least had a conversation with Mitchell to let him know what was going on. In the end, I purchased the car and I'm happy with my selection. I am just providing Feedback which could help for future transactions with customers. More
I would never buy another vehicle from the dealership. I honestly feel ripped off when purchasing a CPO vehicle that needed both front and rear brakes replaced within 6 months of ownership and all 4 tires I honestly feel ripped off when purchasing a CPO vehicle that needed both front and rear brakes replaced within 6 months of ownership and all 4 tires and had preexisting engine issues. The vehicle due to the issues it has has depreciated its value over $11,000 in 6 months. The know. Tire issues should have been disclosed along the mechanical issues. I was told by sales this was a great reliable car and it’s far from that. I will say that the service department is great but sale efforts to “make thing right” are laughable. More
