Ted Kypreos turned my bad experience into one that was good. This is my second vehicle I purchased from Mercedes Benz of Orange Park. All the times I have been bringing my car in for service, no one had any pro This is my second vehicle I purchased from Mercedes Benz of Orange Park. All the times I have been bringing my car in for service, no one had any problems taking my money for the services rendered. During my last visit, my problem started when I couldn't locate my bill of sales for the purchase which showed I paid to have my windows tinted when I purchased my car. Since, the service had a lifetime warranty and 2 of my windows tint was peeling, I brought my car in to have it fixed. They (financial manager) didn't want to pay for the service since I didn't have my bill of sales nor could she locate the sale from your records department. So, how can she tell me I didn't even buy my car from Orange Park and basically calling me a liar. If it wasn't for Ted and his excellent customer service, I would never bring my car back to Orange Park again. He took over the situation and made sure the CUSTOMER was taken care of. He showed great leadership with the ability to turn a bad situation good. I would like to thank Ted for his service and ensure my the tint was replaced without cost to me. You should be glad to have Ted on your team, he is a great asset. More

Average The only issue was that there was a computer problem. The service tech wasted almost 15 minutes of my time trying to figure out how to print the servi The only issue was that there was a computer problem. The service tech wasted almost 15 minutes of my time trying to figure out how to print the service agreement for me. He got locked out of the system and could not remember the password. Really???They finally had to manually hand write in the conditions of the service agreement and make additional copies of my drivers license. All this had to be done at the cashier's desk. She had an attitude. She acted liked the service tech was interrupting what she was doing and wasn't very cooperative. She was questioning everything he was telling her. More

Worst experience ever Schedule appt. at 7:00am, Service Rep came to work late 7:30am not a problem. Service was to check out Distance warning light, intermittent. Called dealer at 11am, 1pm 3pm just to get a status. Ted Kypreos never called back, went over there at 4pm Car not ready, and several cars still ahead of mine. They told me to talk to another person who I thought was the manager, but found out was just another rep. I ask to speak to the manager, who listen, but said pretty much sorry but...... Jeff the manager did go back and get my car service moved up. They put the car on the computer found no problem and the computer check I was told only takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. So in the end I had my car at the dealership for 10 hours for something they could have run on the side. Remember I bought the car in at 7am. the second one in line. I probably won't get a survey for the dealer because I told them point blank all zeroes. At the minimum I expected a call back or a call just to let me know the status. I will never use Orange Park Service again. This was the worst service experience I have ever had. Ted made excuses why this happen, If you don't like treating people with respect please QUIT. More
