Good purchase....bad ending.. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes SL63 with two years factory warranty left. After the paperwork was done I asked for my 2nd key. I was told they only had I purchased a 2015 Mercedes SL63 with two years factory warranty left. After the paperwork was done I asked for my 2nd key. I was told they only had one and I wasn't getting a 2nd key because they cost $400. The sales manager, JD Wilkerson, offered to undo the deal. He said I got too good a deal.... but this was my 2nd trip from 2 hours away so I wasn't letting $500 keep me from a $90k car. When I got home, I realized all of the manuals were gone, also and the front wheel had a broken lug. I'm just disappointed to have bought this at a Mercedes dealership. I just expected to not have to worry about this stuff. It kind of felt like a buy here pay here when it was finished. My salesman, Mark, was great. No problems with him at all. More

As a five time Lexus owner I am very pleased with my selection of a certified 2014 ML 350. I went in exploring prices and models and Charles took the time to explain these details. Although I was not intending to buy immediately, I was very impressed with the Mercedes brand. Charles and Joe both helped with the negotiating and it was very pleasant and not time consuming at all. Charles went the extra mile to help me deliver the contract to financing in a timely manner. Both Charles and Joe made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and went above and beyond to make sure I drove off the lot 100% content. I will definitely recommend this dealership and refer my friends to Charles and Joe for the same outstanding service that I received. More

I had driven one a couple of years ago and knew this was my next vehicle. We travel to Jacksonville frequently and as there is not a Lexus dealership in Tallahassee, we knew that when the time came, we would buy in Jacksonville. We had an absolutely unbelievable experience with Lexus of Orange Park. I cannot describe the professionalism and personal care we received at this dealership. We spent hours with the associates explaining in detail our new purchase, from sales to service. We did not leave without being fully schooled in all of the new, to us, electronics and luxury items in my wonderful new vehicle. I have received calls from ours Sales Representative, Technical Support Manager and Service Manager, to make sure we are happy and have no unanswered questions. Special thanks to Shannon Roy who held in there during the sales process, on the phone. As it was a long distance purchase, he hung in there during all of our questions, answering them immediately, sending us pictures and everything else that we requested. Thank you Shannon. Tried to sell me a SUV they didn't have! They said the had the SUV on a stageing lot that was alloted to them,a I could get it in a few day.took my deposit,gave me a vin # which I covered with insurance , and waited for pickup .1 week ent by then 2 called and texted ,with little replies,Got stories about Hurricane delays at the port! 3 weeks go by then4.The truth comes out .They never owned the SUV,it was owned by a Dealer in Texas.now the tell there nothing the can do,TOTAL waste of time,which they would told me the TRUTH from the beginning,i would be disappointed,at not getting our SUV ,Instead of just being mad, I guess Ill buy a Lexus SUV .and get better service!
