From when I first walked in and was greeted by Anna to my dealings with L.J Walters the Sales Manager, to the sales team of Austin McKinnon and Drew Johnson it was a magnificent experience. They were all patient and respectful of my wife and myself. Never once did we feel pressured, they exceeded my expectations. From deciding on the equipment and model, the whole team was there to assist. Our questions were answered and the process they have in place is successful. The model we wanted was not in stock and they worked diligently to locate one. Unfortunately, because of our equipment choices and my desire to get the exact vehicle I want they suggested we order the vehicle. We did and they kept us up to date with the unit’s progress as it was built and shipped. We were notified of the car’s arrival and set up a time to finalize the transaction. We were trading one of our cars and that process was fantastic. In a matter of minutes, they had a real fair assessment of our trade. What impressed us was the fact to evaluate we understood they ran a Carfax, checked local values and still provided the trade-in amount in a short amount of time. From initial contact to delivery the entire process at this dealership was enjoyable. The dealership is clean, staff respectful and they can take care of all your transportation needs. Sales of new and used vehicles as well as service they can handle it all at this location. In conclusion I want to say they were fair, honest and patient with us.
