Car Less for 3 Months responded

The most discouraging part of all of this is had I not written such a review I would not have gotten any feedback. Customer service is ONLY needed when service is poor. I got an email today asking if I needed a ride home. I had to laugh because I had been home over an hour which means your service advisor never greeted me upon entrance and didn’t even realize I left the service center.

To add insult to injury the service advisor Rodney never met me to return my car/keys/ or paperwork that is normally given after EVERY service. At this point I’m not sure if any work was done on my vehicle other than turning off a service engine light. Rest assured when I purchase my next vehicle it won’t be from Mercedes Benz of Orange Park.
