On December 28th I took my car in to be serviced because an engine light was on. I received my car back on January 11th and paid over $5800. I got in my vehicle turned the ignition only to find the engine l an engine light was on. I received my car back on January 11th and paid over $5800. I got in my vehicle turned the ignition only to find the engine light still on. Due to the hour of the day I chose to return the following day thinking the light simply needed to be reset. I waited well over 2 hours only to be told that I needed to spend another $1700 to fix. Absolutely not!! After going back and forth with the service advisor and the mechanic my service advisor contacted a manager who was working from home I was told due to Covid. I was told they would order the needed part and service my vehicle at no additional cost to me. The advisor Rodney informed me that my part had been ordered and he would contact me when it arrived. Well fast forward 2 months and the ONLY communication I receive is when I contact them to be told the part isn't in or it's unavailable. I don't get any follow-up calls with updates at all. My previous advisor Kayla R. was amazing. She communicated with me with step by step updates however this advisor is the worst. I haven't been given any viable options since I don't have a vehicle. If I were purchasing a vehicle I'm certain they would call me more than the spam calls I receive. This is by far the WORST service I have ever gotten, I'm still unable to drive my vehicle and can't get a response. If I thought about purchasing another vehicle after this experience it would not be from them. More

Rodney did a great job. My only issue is with the system …… Why can’t there be one stop shopping? Pull up, they take your car and you go in and see the service rep. Simple. …… Why can’t there be one stop shopping? Pull up, they take your car and you go in and see the service rep. Simple. More
I came into the MB of Orange Park for a service appointment because my car was shaking once I hit 50 MPH. I paid $196.83 for the inspection to be completed in which I was told that I had a rim bent appointment because my car was shaking once I hit 50 MPH. I paid $196.83 for the inspection to be completed in which I was told that I had a rim bent, needed new brakes because the brakes were at 2 inches, new rotors and new tires, at nearly an $8000 cost per the service advisor. I chose to get a second opinion because a month prior I had new brakes and rotors installed on my vehicle in Chicago at the Mercedes Benz location there. Furthermore, a few days prior to visiting MB of Orange Park I had new tires installed on my vehicle at Firestone. Lastly, I took my car to a rim shop who verified that my rims were not, in fact, bent - as they were also relatively new and suggested I get a second opinion. Upon taking my car to another dealership and paying another $194 I found that the ball join and wheel barring on the front drivers side needed to be replaced. My brakes were also at 5 inches each and did not need to be replaced nor did my rotors. One can only conclude that the service person who looked at my vehicle did not actually do a complete inspection on the car. Had they done so, they too would have noticed the ball joint and wheel barring. I called the Service Advisor five times to ask about this and left voicemails. None of my calls were returned. I then called the Service Manager three times, none of my calls were returned. I finally resulted in calling the General Manager, the call was not returned. Being that my car was not actually inspected properly, resulting in an additional inspection needing to be completed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I should also mention that after receiving the quote for the services needed I had to wait an additional hour and a half just to get my car back, supposedly for a car wash. However, when my car was returned it wasn't even washed. I ended up at the dealership from 8 AM-1 PM. More
