Had a flat tire and called the SOS number. Brandon responded to the call and arrived within the hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable and had me back on the road with a spare in 15 minutes. Upon arrival at the dealership minutes later I was greeted by Ted, my service advisor even though he was not doing initial check in. He speeded me through that process and the paperwork associated with my insurance policy.
