Since you guys do not want to answer your phones, only send me to voice mail or do not return calls, I would like to bring to everyone’s attention In December my car was towed to this dealership because o send me to voice mail or do not return calls, I would like to bring to everyone’s attention In December my car was towed to this dealership because of a computer system issue. I was told it should not take longer than a week. I live in New Jersey so I was told my car would be priority. After struggling to stay in contact with you, not only me but my insurance we gave you your payment and you said the car was finally finished, 3 months later. When we sent someone to pick up my car, my car wouldn’t move. YOU HAD NOT FIXED IT. A week later the car was driven to my house from Florida to Jersey and multiple lights are popping up, my battery has issues, the car was disgusting and the interior was not put back in correctly leaving rips and tears. I pay a lot of money. I did not have my car for 3 months for no reason but had to make high payments on it when you guys should have compensated me for that. I did not pay all this money to Mercedes’ for my car and I to be treated like trash. Not only was it half assed fixed, you guys were also paid to detail it and send it back spotless. There is mold, garbage, it is absolutely disgusting. I will provide pictures and also make a report to the cops along with my lawyer. I am appalled about how a high class franchise could treat a customer this way. More
