July 26, 2022 I picked up my car from this dealership I did not drive it home because I live 55 miles away. So I loaded the car on my car trailer and took it home. The next day I get in the car and drives did not drive it home because I live 55 miles away. So I loaded the car on my car trailer and took it home. The next day I get in the car and drives it for the first time after picking it up from the dealership. I get this message from the car stating that the tire pressure sensors on the passenger side is missing. Mike Louis knows that I had brake pads replaced and all four tires a long with other things to the tune of over Five Thousand Dollars, so I call Mike and tell him about my problem and he said that the manger was on leave and so he will get back with me when the manger returns. It is September 22, 2022 and I still have this problem and no one has helped me. More
Just Purchased a 2016 CC from this dealership. Side note: Sale and process went smoothly. Marc was great. HOWEVER Purchased the car on Thursday 8/18. On Tuesday 8/23, the Car starts misfiring a Side note: Sale and process went smoothly. Marc was great. HOWEVER Purchased the car on Thursday 8/18. On Tuesday 8/23, the Car starts misfiring and giving me Codes P2015, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303. I get it to a VW Dealership, Manifold needs to be completely replaced. Spark plugs are all bad, VW also wont release the vehicle unless they can replace the Drive Belt because its ripped. Needs a carb cleaning, fluid flush, and filters. $1000 in service needed within 7 days of purchasing and the ONLY thing this dealership says is "we sold it to you in 'as is' condition"... after they let me know a Master Certified tech just did a complete change of fluids, and a full inspection with "new belts" If you're buying used for a car that is not Mercedes, do not going to this place. You'll end up having to get more work done to the vehicle just to be able to safely drive it. I feel bad for Marc because he was a great guy, but the rest of this company is terrible. More
