I came in for a 82,000 mile service. I made my way back to Mercedes Benz of Orange County and was told that I would have to pay for a diagnostic to see why the sensors are not working. I stated that my sensors were working when I dropped off my vehicle and a manager named frank very rudely stated that its not his fault and made jokes out of my concern of not having sensors on my tires being very unsafe for me. Frank said, “ pull over to the side of the road from time to time to see if ur tires are flat if you feel unsafe.” I did not feel like a customer I felt like I was being insulted and treated unfairly. More

Worst and disturbing experience now. I have been told to receive my registration within 4 to 5 weeks, it’s been 6 weeks now and I have been trying to call and contact on email to Merc I have been told to receive my registration within 4 to 5 weeks, it’s been 6 weeks now and I have been trying to call and contact on email to Mercedes Benz Orange County for past 1 week. No one from sales and finance contacting me, always I end up in voice mail and even after leaving voice mail no one calls back.
