My car was towed to the service dept because the key was locked in the trunk after food shopping. I called the day after because I was so worried of all the food in the trunk going bad. After my 3rd phone call I finally received a call back and I was told that they need to order a blade(key). After another week then the key came in. We were told that the key is still in The trunk that the tech can’t find it and that he can’t take the stinky smell in the trunk. After my husband opened the trunk the key was right there and can’t believe he can’t locate the key. More
