Furthermore initially one of the representatives stated I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnostic fee If I actually opted in on getting the work done, miraculously it shows up on my invoice with the work I agreed to have done. I had to request it basically be taken off. I bought my car here 6 years ago and the service used to be better. Now it’s all greed and about money every second. Unfortunately this will be my last time utilizing this dealership after this experience. Also the representative didn’t inform me that my credit card would be charged $500 for a loaner and I’m still waiting to see if I will be credited that back as well. More

The communication was very choppy and I had to continue to reach out to get an update on my vehicle. Shockingly bad quality control by your service department. Tire pressure should be 41 front 44 rear. Fronts 39/41, rear 39/40, no way this was checked Two valve caps missing. Brake reservoir cap not screwed on at all, just sitting on the reservoir after brake flush. For a $1382 service in an S580 it’s not good enough. This is your job. It also has a massive new dent in the front passenger rim after pickup and drop of service so the car shakes badly. What the xxxx. James M More
