It seems that no matter how minor a problem I had, I walked out with a big bill for all kinds of problems. This time it was $6000 for a car with a KBB value of $2700 - 4000. I just took the car home (made it safely) and now I own a new car. So my feedback doesn't really matter since we won't be using the old MB so we won't need service. everybody was always nice and all that but owning this car with 143,000 (my mother in law got 240,000 out of hers) on it should have lasted longer than it did. It's about the car not about the service people. This is no reflection on Frankie. So thanks for everything. Happy trails. More
