Nothing bad to say on the staff, they were professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. My complaint it's only on the process they have with making an appointment for service. When you make an appointment to get your car serviced, they are very upfront and tell you they are 2-3 weeks backed up but you have to leave it so you don't lose your spot in the cue !?! (scratching my head). To me it doesn't make sense to leave your car when your car will sit for 2-3 weeks before they look at it. Has to be a better process, I understand they are busy or understaffed just don't understand leaving my car to sit for 2-3 weeks before anyone looks at it. More

Everyone at this dealership Went above and beyond to help me. Out of state and my car got a flat 4 miles from the dealership. He spoke to another traveler and figured out where I exactly was and reached my location. Fixed the flat and made sure I stayed in the car warm. At the dealership Kayla helped my husband and made sure the tire I needed was in stock and on hold. Upon reaching Omar Martinez, service advisor helped me figure out the tire insurance and had the tire replaced and I was in my way home to MA.
