I blew a tire Thursday morning and Orange County Benzel-Busch got me back on the road later that afternoon.. From the tow service to the associates at OC Benzel-Busch, what started out as a frustra Benzel-Busch got me back on the road later that afternoon.. From the tow service to the associates at OC Benzel-Busch, what started out as a frustrating day, turned into a great experience. E'mari Davis (service advisor) was excellent. The service consultant E'Mari Davis was very friendly and professional and took care of all of our service needs. There was a couple issues that were addressed and then the service manager Orlando Casale ste professional and took care of all of our service needs. There was a couple issues that were addressed and then the service manager Orlando Casale stepped in to help. They were both extremely helpful and courteous.
