It started with an excellent experience in their service department. We never forgot, and when it was time to get our next vehicle, this dealership was at the top of our list. Victor was exceptional from the first contact to the minute we drove off. I flew in from out of state to pick up a CPO Mercedes. He kept checking on us on our 800 miles drive back and a couple days afte minute we drove off. I flew in from out of state to pick up a CPO Mercedes.
