I waited until I could drive from Durham, NC to Harriman, NY for this service; I've tried the Durham MB and I did not find it as homey, attentive, or timely - they were good, but just okay. my car was in for 2 1/2 days for 1. 5 hours of diagnostics- tech was unable to provide a solution for under 3000 for an item that broke because of Mercedes crappy design. There was no service manager & only Omar on a Monday morning. Your computers were down- which is not uncommon either…. In 6 years there has been an exceptional amount of turnover….. I would be thrilled to have this job! I sold for a few years- but I really would like to learn service. This department needs a boost and some stability! More

Scott Bateman is one of the best Service Associates I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is professional, has excellent communication skills, and made me feel that it was important to him that have ever had the pleasure to work with. The Dealership was clean. I was met with prompt service for my appointed time.
