Experience with dealership and Sales person (Rob Bacharach) was the best experience I have had. We just bought a new GLK 350 and were very pleased with the overall experience! We actually went to just test drive the vehicle, but ended up trading in our Acura for the new MB. Alexis worked with us fo the overall experience! We actually went to just test drive the vehicle, but ended up trading in our Acura for the new MB. Alexis worked with us for the majority of the time and she was so professional, but at the same time personal that the car buying experience was truly a painless one! I was very happy with the time that the sales and finance crew spent to walk me through my purchase (I kept them there till after 9PM on a Friday). The respect and attention that they paid to me, as well as crew spent to walk me through my purchase (I kept them there till after 9PM on a Friday). The respect and attention that they paid to me, as well as other customers on a few follow up visits did not seem to differ from one to the other. Basically the person with the entry level Mercedes was treated no different than the guy buying the most expensive top of the line Mercedes. The facilities were extrememly clean with a high attention to detail. While I was there I even noticed an employee polishing the push panels located on the doors. Overall a great experience, and I was very happy with the level of detail that Garret went into along with his product knowledge. More
