Chad took the time to demonstrate the vehicles to fit our specific needs, and allow a test drive over different road conditions. The vehicle we ultimately chose (ML 350) was purchased at a fair price, witho specific needs, and allow a test drive over different road conditions. The vehicle we ultimately chose (ML 350) was purchased at a fair price, without having to negotiate with other managers, and received above market value for our clean trade-in. As this new SUV has a multitude of technological upgrades over our previous vehicle, Chad took the time to explain all the functions, and operations. I still call him if I need a quick answer. More

I felt welcome the minute I walked through the doors at the dealership. The receptionist greeted me and immediately introduced me to a saleman. I drove the car over 600 miles immediately and it performed wonderfully. When it is time for me to purchase another Mercedes-Benz, I will consider Northlake as my first choice. More

Personally do not prefer buying at dealerships, but experience at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake changed that opinion. Most outstanding part of experience was the sales person, DeMarco Crump. He demonstrat experience at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake changed that opinion. Most outstanding part of experience was the sales person, DeMarco Crump. He demonstrated full knowledge of the car (used E350 wagon), answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to demonstrate various options on the car. Most of the paper work was handled via e-mail, thus saving time purchasing the car. DeMarco followed up with phone calls, etc to see how I was enjoying the car, and if there were any questions he could assist with. Very impressive in today's market, where most car sales are pressured and hurried. More

One day my nephew and I went to Mercedes-Benz of Northlake to JUST look around. His love for foreign cars is really what prompted me to even stop! Upon arrival, we were approached by a friendly yo Northlake to JUST look around. His love for foreign cars is really what prompted me to even stop! Upon arrival, we were approached by a friendly young lady named Alexis Greene. Alexis and my nephew did most of the talking as I looked around trying to figure out the difference between the different models and makes...lol. Alexis (and my nephew) was very helpful and most impressive, she knew her stuff. After reviewing my options, I shared that I wasn't ready purchase but I would let her know when I was ready to make a deal. Five months later, I showed up unexpectedly and found Alexis. I shared with her that I was ready to purchase! She was great! I found the car that I liked and drove away with it the same day! It was that simple. She was a joy to work with.
