Our sales associate, Brad, was patient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also important to me was that he did not try to pressure me to buy in any way. I interacted with other sales and managerial staff and found them to be the same way. Being new to Mercedes, Jahmal did a great job explaining the many features of the car.
