Exceptional service! I came to Northlake Mercedes to test drive a particular model for a future purchase. Despite the fact that I couldn't have been more clear about not buying a vehicle the day of, Alexis Greene spent the better part of 2 hours answering every question I had about the car (which was extensive) and took me on two different test drives so I could compare the new and used models. What struck me about this experience was that at no point did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle that day. I was also really impressed with her depth of knowledge. In a nutshell: I couldn't have had a better experience at Mercedes Benz of Northlake and will continue to recommend Alexis as the salesperson. Thanks, Alexis! More
