I want to recognize in particular Chad for his excellent step-by-step assistance in the vehicle sales. Chad's warm and receptive demeanor allowed for a seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free vehicle purchase. I never felt pressured by Chad or the MB of Northlake management when it came to making a deal. The service manager cares My first experience with the service here wasn't great. However, the service manager Kelly, went out of his way to take care of the issue and made sur My first experience with the service here wasn't great. However, the service manager Kelly, went out of his way to take care of the issue and made sure that I'm a satisfied customer. To me that speaks volume because he didn't have to do anything, but he tried. The fact that he shows that he cares about his customers means a lot. He kept my car for few days to run more tests and took care of the issue. Good know there is still that good o'le customer service More
