I strongly feel this dealership will work with you in order to reach a price agreement you can be happy with for a vehicle and they can be happy with for a sale. I want to recognize in particular Chad for his excellent step-by-step assistance in the vehicle sales. Chad's warm and receptive demeanor allowed for a seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free vehicle purchase. I never felt pressured by Chad or the MB of Northlake management when it came to making a deal. All parties were respectful, professional, and courteous. It was a no-rush, no-forceful purchase process. I will purchase another vehicle from them. More

The service manager cares My first experience with the service here wasn't great. However, the service manager Kelly, went out of his way to take care of the issue and made sur My first experience with the service here wasn't great. However, the service manager Kelly, went out of his way to take care of the issue and made sure that I'm a satisfied customer. To me that speaks volume because he didn't have to do anything, but he tried. The fact that he shows that he cares about his customers means a lot.
