I apologize for not being tech savvy enough to update the star ratings of this review or remove it. Therefore I provide the following update with an overall 4 star rating. Update: After being contacted by Client Relations Manager, Paola Heras, I learned that the online chat feature of their website is managed by a third party who dropped the ball(s). Ms. Heras was very professional, friendly, and helpful in my quest to schedule service. I can honestly rate this dealership 5 stars in customer service with my most recent interaction. However, with an oil change, brake fluid exchange, and cabin air filter at $450.00 (with coupon), I have to rate the price category at 1 star. It is unacceptable for me to justify this price for routine maintenance every 10k miles. Will likely go to an independent service shop in the future for routine maintenance.
