My experience was not good, my service advisor was not attentive too updating me nor , did the person present themselves at the pickup of my vehicle which had been at the dealer for over 2 months . My car was not washed nor did the scope of the problem went over with me or explained.Just here’s your keys . I am with someone , I don’t have time for you . The person I am with is more important was the overall attitude. At this point , I won’t be leasing or buying another Mercedes from this establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
