My service advisor Scott Lambert was great. He explained from the beginning what services were covered with my appointment, total cost of the service, and kept me in the loop with videos too. Agreed to the Plan B service. Plan B service includes a tire rotation and balance. The paperwork notes stated that this was not done. I can confirm that the steer tires are worn and the back tires are not. In contacting Regina she was going to check the cameras. However, I have paperwork that suggests it was not done and the tires on the vehicle suggest it was not done but should be done. (BLACK G 550 Wagon). I would like to reschedule for the tire rotation and balance to be completed appropriately. I'm sorry to be extra here. However, when I pay +$1,300 for Plan B service I expect to receive the services outlined. If in the event there is camera footage that supports, they were in fact rotated.
