This review has nothing to do with Nicole or Alan, our service reps, they are great. The parking lot at this dealership is ridiculously packed and there’s nowhere to park. We brought two cars there this week and although we had an appointment for both cars, the first car wasn’t even looked at the day I brought it in. I had to return and get a loaner car. More
