I chose Brumos Collision Center since they were part of the Brumos Dealership. Jim Albrooks took care of the smallest details and kept me informed along the way. The results were fantastic with my car looking as though nothing happened. Both Jackie Figaro and Rodney Rivers were also very supportive along the way. More
Satisfied/Dissatisfied I have dealings with both Mercedes on Atlantic and on Blanding. The Atlantic dealership has been great while the Blanding dealership has been POOR. I I have dealings with both Mercedes on Atlantic and on Blanding. The Atlantic dealership has been great while the Blanding dealership has been POOR. I was promised service at the Blanding dealership that was never given and no follow up happened from the Blanding dealership, while the Atlantic dealership has been good. Amazing two dealerships owned by the same company can be so different. I will never enter the door of the Blanding dealership again. I am satisfied with the Atlantic dealership. You should let me submit this without requiring me to create an account, disgusting. I would not recommend this website. More

I have been using Atlantic Mercedes for many years now with a couple of different cars and the service, bodyshop work, or just a little quick fix is always done well. As I have recently moved away I am doubtful I will find another service center that I trust as much to take care of my Mercedes needs. More

Stay away from these crooks I do not know where to start to describe my bitter experience I have just recently had with Brumos Mercedes Benz dealership on 10231 Atlantic Blvd Jac I do not know where to start to describe my bitter experience I have just recently had with Brumos Mercedes Benz dealership on 10231 Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, Florida,,, it has taken about three weeks to calm down and write this review,, seriously I am willing to give my contact information to anyone who doubts what I am about to write in this review. Because of the experience I have encountered with Brumos Mercedes Benz I am selling my Mercedes and mark my words will never ever in my lifetime think or even consider buying a Mercedes Benz, for the simple fact that the minute you as a customer walking in a Mercedes Benz dealership, you are marked as a sucker, and the service personnel count on how much to rob you. I am serious when I tell you that I am a middle class person and maybe I was not meant to drive a Mercedes, but believe me when I tell you, even if I were to win the lottery tomorrow and become extremely wealthy I would not walk in a Mercedes Benz dealership, and I am not sure how some other above average income Mercedes owners tolerate or deal with the dealerships, to me, I have more respect for myself to subject myself to being robbed by such professional crooks, and I say professional because the Mercedes dealership personnel have mastered the art of deceiving customer in believing that they are being rendered exceptional service while in realty they are being robbed blindly. I can go on seriously for hours describing how bitter I fell about Brumos Mercedes dealership and their service con-artist named Kevin,,, I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz C230 that I have purchased for my wife, just recently the A/C stopped working, because of my job I get to come home for 2 weeks every six months, I work for the Department of Defense supporting our U.S. forces throughout the world, and because my wife is inexperienced in dealing with the mechanics or maintaining the vehicle, she was driving the vehicle without A/C for almost six months, I promised her as soon as I get home I will take the car and have the A/C fixed, I have purchased an extended warranty from an independent warranty company, my extended warranty has a deductable of $100.00 dollars. I attempted to take my Mercedes to a non Mercedes dealership, but surprisingly most of them declined to work on a Mercedes, I then decided to take my car to Brumos, I drove in the dealership and had to wait for the fancy valet parking personnel to park my car and set me an appointment with the service writer named Kevin,, I explained to Kevin what the problem is and I asked him personally to please take care of us because I have very short time here in Jacksonville and that I will be deploying soon. I hinted in so many ways to him to keep it honest, I did not want to offend him and tell I am aware of what goes on inside the dealerships, and I mean it, they can put their hands on a stack of bibles I would still not believe them because I have worked in dealerships before and for this same reason and the culture they breed decided to cut my career short, one year only that’s how long I lasted working inside dealerships; anyways, Kevin promised me that he will do everything he could to help me get my car repaired. Two days later I was contacted by Kevin and told he has good news and bad news for me, the good news he has contacted my extended warranty company and had them agree to pay for the part and labor, the bad news there were other parts that needed to be replaced that were not covered under the warranty and that in addition to what the extended warranty company agreed to pay, which was $400 dollars and something for the part and $400 and some change for the labor, on top of that I had to cough up $600 dollars. let me remind you that I was told by previous mechanics that the problem with my A/C worst come to worst would be the compressor. Kevin wanted me to pay $600 dollars more which raises the total of fixing a 2006 Mercedes C230 A/C compressor of about $1400… now let’s stop and think for a moment, is he seriousssssss are you kidding me, listen folks I know there are plenty of financially well set citizens out there and have plenty of wealth to where $1400 dollar bill what not even put a dent on their budget or they might even laugh at what I am writing, but folks to me it is a matter of principal and my conscious would not allow me to be a sucker for such crooks, even if I were to be financially well of, to me these dealerships have been pulling these kind of stunts for God knows how long. Just imagine folks how many rich older or aged clients walk in a dealership and have no one looking after them, and totally put their fate in the hands on these crooks, end up walking out paying thousands of dollars not knowing how honest their service writer was. Oh by the way my experience did not end up there, when Kevin delivered the message to me, I told him to put the car back together and I refuse to have Brumos work on it, and that I will be coming soon to pick my car up, at the time I was talking to him while I was out of the state I sent my wife to pick up my car, which Kevin ended up charging my $290 dollars just for looking at it and diagnosing it although I signed an agreement saying that it would cost me $250 dollars, honestly I was so aggravated and irritated at Brumos that I did not even want to deal or speak to the dealership personnel. I came back to Jacksonville 10 days later, and ended up taking my car to another independent mechanic shop that works on Mercedes vehicles, gave him my extended warranty contact information, that same day I was contacted by this mechanic and told that according to the extended warranty company the part has been shipped to the dealership and that the warranty company was not aware that I did not have the job completed at the dealership, the part was sitting in the dealership for over 10 days, and Kevin the service writer did not even have the courtesy to notify me or the warranty company that the part is sitting in the dealership, I then asked the mechanic and my warranty company to contact Kevin at Brumos and rectify the situation with him. I in return also called Kevin and informed him that the part is sitting in the dealership, Kevin told me that he will walk to the parts department and find out exactly what is going on and get back with me, well 7 hours later he did not call me and he (Kevin) also failed to contact my new mechanic and as well failed to return the call to my extended warranty company, by now you can all imagine how I am feeling about this Moran Kevin, let me add by saying that my mechanic and extended warranty company have been attempting to contact Kevin by then for two days, Kevin was just too busy to return a call. I then contacted Kevin and told him that I refuse to talk to him because his word absolutely means nothing to me and that I wanted to talk to his supervisor, Kevin told me that his supervisor was in a meeting I told him to put me through to any other person in charge other he refused to that’s when I told him I am coming there and it will not be raising xxxx as soon as walk in the dealership, hung up on Kevin, as I was walking out of the house his boss called me and asked me that they will have the part ready for me to pick up just drive in and pick it up, which I did. I then took that part to the new mechanic shop and he had it installed for me and it only cost me $140 dollars $100 for the deductible and $40 dollars for the Freon. By the way this was my second bad experience with Mercedes dealerships, to be honest with you I am fed up and I refuse to put myself through so much stress, let’s be honest, Mercedes manufacturers do a good job in designing and manufacturing such a vehicle; however, the Mercedes corporate office should go after these dealerships and hold them responsible for such unethical practices, and to go as far as pulling the franchises or licenses from underneath the dealership owners to set an example for the remainder of the dealership, if Mercedes corporation really cares about their reputation and profit, they need to start investigating such incidents, and if they really care less, and look at it from a prospective of numbers, what I mean by that if they see it like 2 or three irate customers out of ten is not really bad then they can just forget about this review and go enjoy their T-time at the golf course. As far as me, you can rest assure that I will be going on with my journey and venture and thrill in exposing dealerships such as Brumos and share my experience with as many people I know or run into. More

I have purchased 2 automobiles from her for my daughter over the last couple of years. The first was a 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 4matic and the latest purchase was a 2013 BMW 328i. Jackie has always been forthright and honest in her approach and sales delivery. She is a delight to work with. Having worked in the car sales industry myself for 18 months, I know alot about the system. She is professional to the T. I highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for a good car purchasing experience. More
