Daniel Debrecht was the best!! I am writing this review to let everyone know how nice of an experience it was dealing with Daniel D. This was my first mercedes and he took so much t I am writing this review to let everyone know how nice of an experience it was dealing with Daniel D. This was my first mercedes and he took so much time with me to show me everything about the car. It's a GLK 350 4matic. I had to wait to get exactly what I wanted but Daniel kept in touch with me and was so courteous and I will always recommend him and will continue to do business with him hopefully in the near future. They took the time to ensure I could drive several different vehicle types and were very informative on each. Came to a good deal on price without it being too drawn out, and they even gave me the option reserve it but think it over the weekend so I was sure. When picking up the car, got some good help/advice on financing for the future as I am not a US citizen, and even kept the kids entertained and well fed - no small achievement!!! Great handover when taking the car - lots of information and demo, and the subsequent follow up has been good. Would definitely recommend this dealership More

The day I met Daniel, I was called away from the showroom to find out my mother was dying While buying my Mercedes, Daniel was both patient and kind. I was away for about five weeks, and during that time Daniel called to see how I was doing . . . not to sell me a car. What a splendid young man!!! When I returned home, Daniel and I closed the deal on a car in Charlotte. Everything went very smoothly, and Daniel was extremely helpful in explaining the workings of the vehicle.
