I called the day before to make an appointment and came from West Columbia, SC, so I didn't have very much time spend. I drove to Durham the night before and stayed in a hotel so that I could be there early and when I drove up to your beautiful building, Daniel walked out and greeted me in front of your showroom. From that point on, his attention, courtesy, knowledge and friendliness set him apart as a true asset to the Hendrick Auto organization. Pleasant experience (minus the finance person) Rakesh was the sales person who sold me a CLA 250. They have pretty good knowledge of the vehicles and they let us drive the car thrice on three days.
