From the moment my husband & I walked into the dealership, he treated us both with respect and never once portrayed himself to be that usual pushy car salesman that we had dealt with in the past. He was patient and answered all of the questions. Once the purchase was finalized, he told me that he was on call 24/7 to help us with any of our needs. This has been very helpful as we purchased a car with so many features. We have been able to contact Tanner with questions, and he has been quick to answer them. Dealership is all about sale and do not expect anything els There is no value for customer at this dealership .They are just interested in your money and forget about anything else. General Manager is one of the arrogant GM ,Who do not care about customer .I had made purchased MB S550 on June 30 .They told me my vehicle deliver next day.10 Phone calls from my side but there was not a single phone call from dealership about my delivery. They told me they would call me after 30 minutes and 15 minutes .There were no phone calls comes from them. Finally delivered my MB on July 01 10:15pm .Car was dirty and had some paint problem on hood. Took pictures and send to finance manager by email. No follow up calls from dealership about my experience or Am I satisfied or not . I had scheduled appointment at different dealership and they called me next day about why I didn't make it. So, The Dealership I purchased my car they don't care .That proves this dealership is all about sale and do not expect anything else. Called on July 03 and asked for GM .He was too busy and didn't accept my call so I left message. Till the date GM do not have 5 minutes to return my call and no concern why I called. I am a owner and GM for my business .I never see any GM this much careless for their customer ,Specially I had purchased top line car and do not deserve this. Mike(Sales Manager) is nice enough to call me back and apologies for bad experience. Also told me to detail clean my car and take care paint issue on hood. Overall I would give this dealership minus if I can because they are committed to take your money and no services. More
