A great buying experience with Daniel Debrecht I dreaded buying a car and hated going into showrooms. Daniel made it much more pleasant by being honest about Mercedes, he was knowledgable, patient I dreaded buying a car and hated going into showrooms. Daniel made it much more pleasant by being honest about Mercedes, he was knowledgable, patient without being condescending even though it took me months to make up my mind. On the day I bought my C300 4matic, at the end of December 2016, he lowered the agreed on price after he realized he had sent an email to me, which I had not read, containing a lower price. The car was delivered to my house that day and only afterwards did I realize there was a chip in the window shield. The dealership and Daniel were great and replaced the glass at their own expense despite no one really knowing how it happened. Much later I picked up 3 nails in my tires and drove to the dealership without an appointment. The tire was replaced and the car washed and I was out in no time after having a cup of coffee and snacks while reading email. Thank you, Daniel, for making the purchase of my car a pleasant experience and to the whole dealership for going above and beyond. Karen Paden More

The contemporary building is immaculate and this just reinforces this dealer's commitment to precision and detail. I have had the wonderful opportunity to be assisted by a number of caring staff at Mercedes-Benz of Durham including Daniel Rollins, Justin Blanchard, Sean Gerringer and Patrick Wang. In my visits there to service my ML350 BlueTec, often with my two and six year old daughters, the staff was kind, efficient and incredibly smart every time. Daniel and Justin especially were able to see that the issues were diagnosed correctly and repaired quickly. They took time to respectfully explain each separate issue and support their diagnoses through photo documentation. I am a Cary resident, and, after multiple interactions, I cannot provide the same high remarks about the staff or facilities at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Durham. More

Every person on their staff was very hone I purchased a 2014 C-Class about 3 weeks ago and I must say this was a very enjoyable car buying experience. Every person on their staff was very honest and up front with me during the entire process. This is very important to me when purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured and the dealership was willing to transfer a vehicle I was looking at in from Charlotte for the purchase. Pricing was also very fair as I did my research before coming to the dealership. My experience with Josh Vaughn and Matt Giannattasio ensured my wife and I will only visit Mercedes of Durham for any future vehicle purchases. This place is a class act! More
Horrible Experience! Worst experience ever. I only wish I could give this dealer 0 stars for horrible service, numerous errors, and false promises. Bob French, the busin Worst experience ever. I only wish I could give this dealer 0 stars for horrible service, numerous errors, and false promises. Bob French, the business manager, was disrespectful, unprofessional, and dismissive. This dealer would not call me back and I had to go there in person. After not receiving my tag when promised, I found out that this dealer dropped the ball and failed to submit the DMV paperwork. To correct their mistake, they promised to send someone in person to the DMV to get my tag and when I went to the dealer to pick it up a few days later, they had not gotten the tag as promised. Instead, I was publicly confronted by Bob French for initially giving Mercedes-Benz a 7 out of 10 on an anonymous internal company survey. If I had to take the survey again it would obviously be a 0 out of 10. When I arrived, Bob French had the survey printed out and threw it at me in front of customers and staff and expressed his anger towards me for not giving the dealer 10 out of 10. Because of their error and not receiving the tag when promised, we had to cancel our travel plans. I cannot believe they are allowed to treat customers like this after spending so much money at the Merecedes-Benz dealer. Additionally, there were scratches on the vehicle that the dealer promised to fix, but the car did not come out as promised even after they worked on it twice. We let Hendrick know that we had purchased multiple cars from them and this is not the way to do business. This has been such a time-consuming and frustrating process that has not yet been resolved.
