I have had my car serviced at this dealership several times. Every time, my experience has been terrific. The employees are always friendly, courteous, prompt and incredibly helpful. Although I always think the prices are expensive, I believe they are comparable to other competitor dealerships. Mr. E. Rebollo has been my service liason a couple of times and he is great about calling me to discuss service, price, options and is always prompt in returning my calls to him. I highly recommend service at this dealership. More
I had one of the best experiences EVER at Herb Chambers earlier this week. I mean, they are always really professional and courteous, however this time they went all out for me. I needed to have my car ser earlier this week. I mean, they are always really professional and courteous, however this time they went all out for me. I needed to have my car serviced, and had to change the date I dropped off the car twice. Julieth, not only had the loaner car waiting for me, but she also kept me informed every step of the way on the status of my car. When I dropped off the loaner two days later, I was in and out in about 5 minutes, really AWESOME. They told me they washed my car, but it almost looked liked they waxed it, it was so clean. I am not sure what kind of Kool-Aide Herb Chambers has his employees drinking, but I say keep drinking...you guys are doing a great job! More

Recently was in for my scheduled service and had the pleasure to work again with Enio Rebolo. My car was immediately taken and processed by an attendant and Enio quickly pulled up my records, described what was involved in the service in great detail, advised me on what and why services needed to be provided. He looked through my records and actually SAVED me money by advising that some services, that might be indicated according to the strict algorithm, had already been covered or were not needed given my usage. I frankly would not have known this and would have spent money I did not need to spend. I also opted to have a transmission check done as was just outside of the 50K window for it. Enio suggested it would be about four hours and offered alternative transportation so I could do Saturday afternoon errands. I indicated I had my laptop and work to do and would wait, so he offered me quiet workspace. He repeatedly and very sincerely checked in with me, not only to give me updates but to be a good 'host' in his 'house'. He checked on my comfort, suitability of work space and any other needs. My car was completed and washed ahead of schedule. Enio let me know when all was completed and arranged for my car to be awaiting me as soon as I had completed paperwork (have often need to wait for car to be washed and then brought down). I really appreciated it as I worked until I was told all was ready, put away my laptop, signed paperwork, walked out of the office with an fresh apple in hand and got in my car moments later. I have always received good service over the years at Chambers but was really impressed with how Enio was clearly and sincerely focused on making it an exceptional experience. He succeeded - it was! I have been using Chambers Motors in Somerville for almost ten years. I always feel that I am getting excellent service from a crew that takes pride and great care with their work. My service visit was as quick, painless, and efficient as one could expect. When I brought the car in I was greeted quickly, then received my loaner car and out the door in less than 15 minutes. My car was r one could expect. When I brought the car in I was greeted quickly, then received my loaner car and out the door in less than 15 minutes. My car was ready the next day (24 hours later) and I brought the loaner back and picked it up and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. GREAT JOB !!! Awesome service !!! More
I drove in the custom garage/repair center. I exited my s430 into an air conditioned environment. I was greated by my service representative Stephen and was introduced to my service tech, Neil. I was then given a mercedes loaner car until my vehicle was fixed a few days later. Everyone was excellent, friendly and made me want to return there in the future for service. Highly recommended. Chambers Motorcars is simply the best car dealer I have ever worked with. The employees are unfailingly polite, helpful, and professional. Every aspect of the operation is impressive. The facility is spotless and very comfortable if you are waiting for your vehicle -- with refreshments and a work area with Internet access. The courtesy drivers and cars are pleasant and efficient and the process of renting a Mercedes for longer service jobs is fast and convenient. The service advisors are knowledgeable and remarkably diligent. Kim Trott, who I worked with recently, called me several times during the day to explain my service options, update the status of the work, and arrange for me to get a ride to pick up my car. I always feel like their most valuable customer even though I drive the least expensive Mercedes and I didn't even buy it from Chambers. More

I have been very impressed with the manner in which the Herb Chambers dealership in Somerville MA handles it's Customers when getting their vehicles serviced at Motorcars of Boston. The intake area is always ready for you as the door opens and the valet promptly greets you and leads you to your waiting SErvice Consultant. In the more recent visits I have worked with Stephen Lopes. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and quite considerate of your time. As you describe your maintenance or repair requirement he pain stakenly insures that the technician orders include all the relevant detail needed so that the problem or work is done right. I have not experienced a stop with the service consultant that lasted longer than 5-10 minutes before I am given my voucher for the loaner car at Enterprise, a 20 second walk across the Valet area. It does not get more convenient than that. The sales team at Enterprise is very professional, prompt, and they are committed to getting the Customer on his way as quickly as possible in clean, attractive, and well maintained vehicles. Very often I get to drive the latest Mercedes Benz models, a terrific way to expose Customers to the wonderful line of vehicles. It's great to step out of the SUV once in a while and climb into a sleek C300 for the day. Back to Stephen. As I said, he has been my Service Consultant for the last few visits. He goes way above the norm in his efforts to keep you informed about your vehicle's progress. I had one issue that was a difficult diagnostic process. He made sure to stay in regular touch with me passing Technician questions about the issue real time so that they could make continual progress and stay focused on my vehicle until the issue was finally found and corrected the final time. Stephen is very focused on the Customer experience and you can see he takes his job and duties at Herb Chambers very seriously indeed. No one likes to take there car for service. We are all so busy so much of the time. I will say however, the experience at Herb Chambers takes much of the usual hassle out of the experience as possible making each experience one that makes you want to tell others about it. Great Job!
