Schneider was also amazing and easy to work with in Ryan’s absence. The service manager Albert was so kind & accommodating for me in a tough situation - I used to sell Mercedes and also worked for Herb for a number of years (so my expectations are high) and this service team exemplifies what service for a Mercedes Benz should look and feel like. Down to the valet guys & the manager Adilson are honestly a pleasure to work with. The ladies at checkout. Everyone is delightful, they make what usually is a stressful visit feel like a breeze.
