As a dealership it is a relatively impersonal experience. However, in general, I have found the individual employees to mostly be quite helpful. This past week I experienced 2 unusual events viz. A/C stopped working and then Thursday I struck the curb with my right rear tire causing a large bubble to appear and this precipitated my checking the other tires and indeed, the right front had a significant tear - all the way down to metal! The next day I was due to drive 2 hours to Maine. The dealership was extraordinarily busy this past week before the July 4th weekend. Long and the short of it is that Patrick was my service rep both times. Around the A/C it turned out to be simple enough and in fact Albert Berisha had booked me in the previous Friday to come on the Monday. The tire issue was more of an urgent matter and required my basically dropping in without an appointment though it was the folks on the phone who told me to just come in once they had me talk with the PARTS department to be sure they had the tires in stock. The person in parts (name unknown) was extremely nice and helpful. I showed up, initially a different service rep dealt with me - he will remain nameless as he was curt, uninterested and quickly made me feel like I was nothing but an imposition and in his way. However, he handed me over to Patrick who remembered me from just 3 days earlier. He handled the situation in a calm and pleasant manner. I knew I would have to wait - it took 2 hours, precisely as he had estimated. Everything was done correctly. I was very satisfied with the outcome. As an aside, the back rear tire inflation pressure was not in keeping with the other 3 tires. Undoubtedly an oversight by the technician. Not major. More
They don’t take care of you if they think you’re not rich. Had to wait 30 minutes for an appointment when there were no other customers at the time.
