TERRIBLE- I went in for my 20k mile service. They told me I had 2 cracked wheels and needed 2 tires with my service for about $4,000. They told me it was normal wear and tear. At 20,000 miles They told me I had 2 cracked wheels and needed 2 tires with my service for about $4,000. They told me it was normal wear and tear. At 20,000 miles wheels should not be cracking. They blamed me. I baby my car- no way was this my fault. 20,000 miles and cracking is not normal. They also told me they were recently sited twice by inspections and had to be extra careful and inferred that if they weren't sited that they would have let it slide. Granted, they gave me a "discount" but they should stand behind their product with only 20,000 miles on it. I looked online and saw many complaints about this as well. Now I know why they offered insurance to begin with....If you can't guarantee 20,000 miles then you shouldn't be in business. More
