Relatively less painful to buy a car here than at most dealerships. Large service department so there's a bit of red tape, but the quality of service is excellent - expensive compared to an independent s dealerships. There's a tendency for the service writer to try to sell an extra service of some sort, and sometime they succeed, which I later regret. But that's my fault, not theirs. I had an appointment with Patrick to have an oil change done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust. Due to supply issues and parts shortages the repair took longer than anticipated but Patrick kept me updated continuously throughout.
