I was disappointed with the service that I received. My car was at the dealer for 3 weeks for a sunroof repair. When it was eventually returned to me it was not cleaned. There were many greasy hand prin My car was at the dealer for 3 weeks for a sunroof repair. When it was eventually returned to me it was not cleaned. There were many greasy hand prints on the headliner. All 4 door sills had greasy boot prints and scuffs. There was also boot marks on the front carpets. The drivers seat belt would not retract, it seems that the moulding was put on wrong and was interfering with the seat belt tensioner. The car was not drivable without a functioning drivers seat belt. There should be a quality check at the completion of a job. I was inconvenienced and it seems that the repair cost was very high. I expect much better from Mercedes service department. Thanks Thomas Brillon. More
