Schneider Limose, my service advisor, consistently goes above and beyond. I had major recall work done on my C300 that I anticipated would take 1 month to be fully repaired. I got in a minor but scary accident and needed my tire and rim fixed asap! I always use Matt Murphy when I need any service done I called and he got me in the very next day. The mechanic who is also Matt was very nice and empathetic to my situation they made sure to test drive it to see if there was any other damage and luckily there wasn’t!
