Your car came to us with 25,900 miles. It had body damage on both bumpers. The car has never had brakes or tires replaced and both are due. Your turn signal lens is also broken which is a violation. We did this inspection at no charge and provided you with a quote to make the repairs. This is what we do. You can accept or decline any repair. All the repairs we quoted are safety-related. It would be irresponsible not to inform you or any client.

I bought the car from you with 12,000 miles. So that’s why I said 13,000. I agree you are supposed to tell me if anything is unsafe. And I accept that car need new tires and brakes at some point. But it came as a shock that with so little mileage from my use I needed new tires and brakes having recently bought the car from you. Aside from that having to wait on the phone for an hour to get a time to pick up the car was strange and frustrating. You have so many employees I am surprised at the poor response.
