I would like to recognize Patrick T, the service manager, at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville. Patrick was outstanding from the time I scheduled my appointment through him to the pick up. He kept me at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville. Patrick was outstanding from the time I scheduled my appointment through him to the pick up.
