The vehicle was brought in for 40K maintenance, two outstanding recalls, and one software-related problem. A loaner was provided, and the experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. Everyone was on top of things from the moment I arrived at the service area. The welcome staff, service technician, and loaner staff all welcomed me and provided their best service. I strongly recommend the service department of this dealership. Schneider was our service staff for many years since our purchase five years ago. He's been professional yet friendly, courteous yet effective, and most important of all, he's always put our needs first.
