Luke Stansfield is the best service advisor who has helped me in the last 15 years. My visit was a surprise emergency breakdown. He not only arranged repair but immediately got a loaner I was able to u helped me in the last 15 years. My visit was a surprise emergency breakdown. He not only arranged repair but immediately got a loaner I was able to use for work while my repair occurred- and did it quickly as I was late to a client appointment. On top of that, unasked, he also completed a recall service which was missed by last service call. Thanks to Luke- what a great employee. More
