Excellent Service Experience This was a replace of the front air bags under recall. They took my vehicle in when I showed up at 8:30 AM. They completed the work on time & washed and vacuumed my vehicle. While I waited I got to enjoy their show room and spacious waiting room equipped with refreshments. A very good experience. More

The car looked great and I wanted to make sure it was as safe as possible for her to enjoy. The service team started with an oil change and diagnosis of items I identified at the time of the purchase as well as a thorough inspection of the car. They found the primary issue (climate control unit) and determined a new one was required. They found the last one in the US and had it ready for my follow on appointment to replace it. At the follow on appointment I asked to add a transmission service, which they added to their already busy schedule. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of the team! I'll be bringing the car exclusively to M-B of Tacoma! More
