Big improvement Over three years ago when I first took my vehicle for service, I hated coming to this dealership. People were arrogant for no reason. I was used to getting excellent service at my old dealership in Henderson NV and when I moved to Tacoma WA, I was appalled with the service department. Fortunately, since Sarah the new manager took over, there has been a noticeable difference with the service. I was lucky enough to meet Brittany Kuranko. She was the service specialist assigned to me and she is the BEST! She was so personable and knowledgeable. It's comes as no surprise that she got promoted to Assistant Manager. She was the best at what she did. Now Oscar is my service specialist and he's really good. Keep up the good work. More
Unscheduled installment of ordered part I had a piece of trim under the front grill Of our 2018 C300 knocked off, ordered a replacement, and received the call that it had arrived at the deal I had a piece of trim under the front grill Of our 2018 C300 knocked off, ordered a replacement, and received the call that it had arrived at the dealer. when I stopped in to pick it up, it appeared to be a snap-on type of attachment and I asked if someone could take of that. After initially being told I would have to make a separate appointment days later, I then spoke with Oscar who quickly had a mechanic move the car into the garage, had the grill dismantled enough to reinstall the new piece of trim, returned the vehicle - and offered to have it washed for me, all complimentary! Total time was one hour and the inconvenience of time and distance for a separate appointment was avoided. The level of professionalism and customer service was exceptional!! More

Vehicle has had ongoing issues with diesel emissions system. This has resulted in frequent check engine events and service at four other dealership around the country. I am now hopeful that some resolution may have been accomplished. I have been driving Mercedes for 45 years, but I suspect this will be my last one considering all of these issues. I am hopeful issues are now resolved. More
