We were beyond excited when the van came in almost two weeks early. Jim took the time to show us all of the inner and outer workings of the van. Troy Coachman was so much fun to work with in the final purchasing process. He successfully talked my husband who never buys warranty's into buying a 10-year warranty. Karen Roseto, Five Star Service Advisor For over 40 years I have had good to fair interactions with automotive service advisors and I began to believe that was as good as it will ever get un For over 40 years I have had good to fair interactions with automotive service advisors and I began to believe that was as good as it will ever get until I met Karen Roseto. From the start Karen was not just friendly but welcoming toward me and my wife. When we were 20 feet away from approaching her desk she would see us coming and give us a wave and big smile. She asked us how our day was going. And she asked it like she really meant it. She already knew about my service appointment which was unlike others who asked "What can I do for you?" or "Can I help you?" or "Do you have an appointment?" All of which is obviously required but Karen's greeting went above and beyond this. She jumped right in and explained the details of the visit, cost breakdown and total costs. She gave me discounts that helped bring down my final bill. I showed her a diagnostic from July that had a lower price for valve cover gasket replacement than the one she printed up that morning. She honored the lower price. And explained that prices quoted on diagnostics are good for 90 days. Back in July I had an appointment for service and upon checking in Karen said I did not have an appointment. I was sure that I did and insisted that there was a mistake. I was a bit irritated.She rechecked and could not find my appointment for that day but did find my appoint for the previous day. I was embarrassed but Karen was pleasant about it, gave me a big smile and said she would made some adjustments and I was able to have my AMG serviced that morning. In summary Karen is the best service advisor there. I could say more about her excellent service but don't have the time. And after watching how other service advisors treat their customers it is confirmed in my mind she is a 5 Star service advisor. I will ask for her every time I bring my AMG in. More

Really was not happy with this experience and the insane pricing of an oil change. More

The waiting room was a comfortable place to work and complimentary latte a nice lagniappe. My only complaint is that when I got there, two service people were without customers, but evidently the guy I had an appointment with was busy. I had to wait for him. I suggest all customer service reps should be able to take in my car, not just the person I made the appointment with. More
