Didn't replace air bags I was called to bring my car in for air bag replacement after waiting for almost a year. As I was driving I was called by my "representative" informin I was called to bring my car in for air bag replacement after waiting for almost a year. As I was driving I was called by my "representative" informing me that only the drivers side was in and I was not to come in but since I was almost there after an hour and a half drive we agreed to have me come in. When I got there I waited for about an hour and a half and was then told it was done and we left. My "representative" told me that the passenger air bag would be replaced at my residence. After about a week a tech. came over and when he got into my car he told me that the drivers side air bag was NOT replaced and that he would do it for me. He showed me the drivers side air bag, complete with dust and date code that proved it had not been replaced. I am VERY Disappointed in the service at your store and I will be sure to not recommend you to anyone who wants a Mercedes. More

She called and advised that my windshield had been broken but a new one was ordered and would be installed the next day. Karen called and advised my vehicle was done ..washed and vacuumed. I believe my old windshield was tinted along the top the replacement is not. More

They provided me with a better quote than the "others" and I didnt even have to ask for a better price. The turn around time was better than expected and I didn't even have an appointment! The work was done correctly and my wife's beautiful GL550 is back on the road and she's happy. They also do detailing so, when the service work was done, I had it detailed as a surprise for my wife. This was not our first detail but, first here and it was the best I've ever seen. The car looks like new again, we couldn't be happier. Kudos to Sarah Volz and her team! More

Went from leasing a car to owning it I am the type of person who does not know much about automobiles. When I was given the quote for the price of the car, I did not realize it did not i I am the type of person who does not know much about automobiles. When I was given the quote for the price of the car, I did not realize it did not include any of the "fees". When I was at the cashier's office finalizing the paperwork, the fees associated with the purchase of the car put the price of the car at a much higher level. Error on my part, but I wish I would have known the figures ahead of time. I cannot remember the gentleman who helped me from the accounting department. Jim Foster has always been very professional and has gone out of his way to make me happy. Please do not use my comments on Facebook. More
