Good not great This was my first experience buying a Mercedes. Jim Foster was great. I paid full MSRP for my Mercedes Sprinter van. The van was already ordered an This was my first experience buying a Mercedes. Jim Foster was great. I paid full MSRP for my Mercedes Sprinter van. The van was already ordered and in the system. I was told it was scheduled to be built in August and was notified it was actually completed in early August. I was then told it would not actually arrive until late november/early december. The van needed to be upfitted with $25k worth of parts so was hoping to get things ordered in coordination with the arrival. Out of the blue I was told it would be here in a week. So the van sits in the parking lot as parts that take 4 weeks to arrive are ordered and received. Not a huge deal but you would think Mercedes could give you a much better idea of when a van already in the system would be delivered. The van arrived at the dealership, I was told it would take a couple days to prep. I didn't want to rush it so I patiently waited the 2 days to pick it up. When I picked it up it looked like it was detailed by a child. The outside of the van was about 80% washed. Huge sections were missed. The roof of the van was not washed at all, there was sand embedded in the trailer hitch, there were red dot stickers in several locations stuck to the side of the van, the tires had tire cleaner on the top half of the tire, the other half was dirty, and there were plastic caps that I'm not sure what they go to scattered all over the interior of the van. I get that it's a commercial van but the van looked like crap. Not what I expected for dropping $70k on a vehicle. I'm assuming the cars you sell don't look like this when they are delivered. More

EVERYONE I encountered from the moment I began contact about a car found online was a pleasant surprise. "Calli"" was the first, and the best, part of it all. Please know that I have purchased cars over 45 years from GM, Ford, Chrysler, Jaguar, Lexus, Audi and Mercedes-Benz. There has never been one experience to even begin to compare with what I found at this dealership. xxxx, I even had a General Manager introduce himself for time first time ever! Wow! Kudos to the man who created the culture. More

Successful, heartfelt, warm We purchased an E300 in April. They searched nation wide for the exact car I wanted, found it in Illinois, and had it for me in 4 days. Unfortunately, We purchased an E300 in April. They searched nation wide for the exact car I wanted, found it in Illinois, and had it for me in 4 days. Unfortunately, I wrinkled it beyond insurance interest to repair in August. So Chris once again searched for the car of my dreams. This time, they had one coming into the dealership the next day. The only "problems" being it was the wrong color, a year newer, and had more lovely options than my original one. Oh, and of course, cost more. I coalesced and now I have a spectacular new Red E350 that makes my previous Selenite Gray (a pretty color, mind you) look like a slug. Also, darn, because the interest rates are down, my payments are actually less! These guys really rock! The financial process took longer than usual, though, because we had so much fun and laughter with Troy. There it is, beyond excellent service and entertainment combined! Who could as for more? More

Very Comfortable Experience Jim Foster was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of my brand new Mercedes. I was a little nervous to go to the dealership and to begin the car Jim Foster was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of my brand new Mercedes. I was a little nervous to go to the dealership and to begin the car negotiation process. Jim immediately made me comfortable and answered all of my questions (believe me, I had plenty). I can see why he is one of the top Mercedes salespeople and been with Mercedes of Tacoma for so many years. I would definitely refer all of my family and friends to Mercedes of Tacoma and specifically Jim foster. More
