There was misinformation given to me about how long it would take to replace my fuel pump and was originally told the car would need to be there all day/night so I arranged for a loaner. The day I dropped would take to replace my fuel pump and was originally told the car would need to be there all day/night so I arranged for a loaner. The day I dropped it off I was called just 2 hours later with my car done. I was a bit frustrated bc I would have just waited instead of taken a loaner and driven home. But Oscar was phenomenal! He listened to me and arranged for my car to get delivered to me and the loaner picked up. Made a huge difference not having to come back. He was great! More

I just had a B service done on a 2018 CLA250 on December 5th at 8 AM. Where I didn’t find out until 1215 that it wasn’t an in and out service and that they were going to be keeping my vehicle for an unknown 5th at 8 AM. Where I didn’t find out until 1215 that it wasn’t an in and out service and that they were going to be keeping my vehicle for an unknown amount of time. The overall operation of the service was unsatisfactory! For starters I had to wait months just to get my car in . And to get there and they don’t have something as simple as a light bulb where they had to keep my car and a week and a half. And when it was returned, no washing, no vacuum and I went in the trunk, couldn’t even return the light cover to the right rear light section where I’m assuming that’s where the repairs were performed. Also didn't replace the windshield wipers and there's no telling what else. Monica and Oscar were amazing through this unfortunate incident. V/R More
