After a few days of miscommunication, I thought my visit to the dealership (service department) was not going to be a good one. Unable to get on the same page with Noki (Service Advisor), he stayed patient to the dealership (service department) was not going to be a good one. Unable to get on the same page with Noki (Service Advisor), he stayed patient and informed me that he will talk to the Service Manager to get this situation resolved. I’m was really anticipating this conversation to continue going south. However, Noki and the manager talked it through with me and everything was resolved!! That’s what I call putting the customer first by delivering excellent customer satisfaction!! They are the best dealership in my book. If they treat all of their customers this way, you might be waiting list to get your car done because of the amount of people going there for the great customer service. THANKS Noki!! I’ll be back for my next auto repair. Don’t take it personal, but I hope I don’t see you in a while. :) More
